AlphaReal has been active in the Alternative Credit market since 2009. Total lending to 30 June 2023 has been in excess of £800 million, in over 190 loans. We have a dedicated Alternative Credit team that combines real estate and credit expertise. This team is supported by an experienced investment committee comprised of internal and external members.
