AlphaReal shortlisted for Property Manager of the Year at the Irish Pensions Awards

AlphaReal’s European Long Income Fund (ELIF), which is a Euro-denominated fund focusing on commercial ground rents, reached the EUR100million milestone last year.

The fund recently acquired a newly developed central Dublin serviced apartment block occupied by a leading international operator, the first major institutional inflation-linked commercial ground rent investment in Ireland. The asset was originated and structured by AlphaReal, in line with the Group’s distinctive and proactive origination approach.
