The Objective
Find an innovative solution to address a specific challenge or propose a new product or investment idea

The reward
£250 for the winner | £150 for 2nd place | £50 for 3rd place

The terms

• Entries are open to the everyone in Long Income and Client Solutions.
• Submissions can be individual or in teams of 2.
• The format can be a short video (2 mins max), a slide deck (10 slides max) or a short paper 3 sides of A4 max.  It can be one or all of these.
• The judging panel will evaluate submissions based on creativity, feasibility, potential impact, and alignment with the given challenge. Ideally, the idea should be practical and implementable, and something that can be executed within 12-months.
• We will notify finalists by Tuesday 26 November.
• Finalists will pitch their idea ‘Dragons’ Den’ style at the Long Income Offsite on the 5 the December.
